EPILEPSY specialist nurses can get their hands on new information on the illness - thanks to the Worcester branch of a charity that supports people with the condition.
Epilepsy Action is giving free copies of its latest patient information material - including leaflets, booklets, identity cards and posters, to its own nurses and full members of the Epilepsy Nurse Association (ESNA).
Monica Cooper, spokeswoman for Epilepsy Action, said: "We are delighted to be able to do this and hope we will be able to make this a permanent offer and will review this annually."
Melesina Goodwyn, chairwoman of ESNA, added: "ESNA is pleased to be working with Epilepsy Action on this very valuable project."
To order leaflets, nurses need to contact Epilepsy Action's advice and information services on 0808 800 5050 or e-mail helpline@epilepsy.org.uk.
