A WYTHALL carpet-fitter is enjoying success after winning a prestigious award in carpet laying.
Carpet specialist Nick Hood, of Hood's Carpet and Flooring, was selected to take part in the European Floor Covering Championships in Germany last month.
He returned to the flourishing family business on Alcester Road with a top award and said he hoped to judge others' handiwork in the future.
