TOP British swimmer Alex Scotcher gave advice to members of Droitwich Dolphins at a special development camp.
Scotcher, part of the quartet who hold the 4x100 metre freestyle British record, spoke to swimmers aged between 10 and 12-years-old on how to balancing their school work and training.
The event, held at University College Worcester, was set up by the Worcestershire All Sports Partnership (WASP) to help gifted swimmers reach county standards.
Swimmers were also advised on fitness and nutrition.
WASP development officer Kasia Trounce said:"The aim was to basically provide children and parents with lots of advice on nutrition, to promote good health and fitness and help encourage swimmers who are just below competing at County level to push towards this higher standard."
