WOMEN have been warned to keep an eye on their handbags following a theft at a Bewdley shop.
The fake brown leather bag, worth £30, was stolen from Editions in Load Street at about 5pm on Friday, January 21 after being left unattended briefly.
The bag contained credit cards, a Nokia mobile phone worth £80, a wallet worth £20, a diary but little cash.
Police said they wanted to trace a man who was seen acting suspiciously nearby.
He was white, aged 25 to 30, stocky, with short dark brown hair.
