SATURDAY'S derby triumph left Evesham United a nine-point advantage over seventh-placed Rovers.

And, if Dave Busst's men can regain their form on the road that saw them unbeaten in the league until early December, then automatic promotion is theirs for the taking.

However, a haul of four points from their past five away trips needs to be improved on this month when three of their four matches are on the road starting with a visit to Cinderford this weekend.

And, with matches at Yate and Clevedon on successive Saturdays next month, followed by away games at play-off hopefuls Ashford and Brackley in April, it's easy to fathom out just where the Robins need to improve next.

However, records are something that don't concern the United manager.

"Home and away matches are no different as long as we are picking up results then that's all that matters," the Common Road chief declared.

Busst will again have to reshuffle his starting line-up after snapping up Matty Hall and Daire Doyle from Moor Green specifically for last weekend's match.

"Players of that calibre weren't going to sit on the bench," the United boss declared. "Bromsgrove played deeper in the second half and forced Matty to come inside more. We didn't sit on the lead but we were comfortable in the second half and I thought our central defenders played really well.

"We're down to the bare bones again this weekend but I'm confident that I can bring at least one new face," revealed Busst, who added that Jermaine Clarke, who limped off last Saturday had only suffered bruising and would be fit to lead the line at Cinderford, while Steve Duncan is in line for a starting spot.
