THE New Year season of programmes began with a demonstration of how to propagate all types of hard wood cuttings, root cuttings and berries, by Bob Hares, a Royal Horticultural Soceity adviser.
He said this is the time to do hard wood cuttings from bushes, roses and perennials.
The annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, followed by a talk from Marie Paginton, who will show slides and tell of her experiences in the gardens and homesteads of New Zealand.
Visitors are always welcome at meetings, which are held at Chaddesley Corbett village hall, starting at 7.30pm.
You do not have to be a gardener to attend.
