MINIATURA, the definitive international dolls' house show takes place at The NEC on Saturday, March 5 and Sunday, March 6.
Countless houses in every shape, style, size and price range, by makers and companies from home and overseas, will be on show at the event.
Seeing is believing at this very special show for mini modelling and collecting, as visitors can discover a new, absorbing, creative and exciting hobby.
There will be the opportunity to see a huge and fascinating selection of model houses and gardens, kits, plans, wood turning, glass blowing, dressmaking, tapestry, doll and teddy bear making.
As a tribute to the late Vivien Greene, Peter and Sally Lee will be bringing their model of The Rotunda in Oxford, the full-sized version of which housed her historic collection of dolls' houses.
Mrs Greene, wife of author Graham Greene, was a lifelong lover of dolls' houses and, as her collection has now been broken up, Mr Lee's model is the only opportunity you will have to see how it originally looked.
Mr Lee spent 1,126 hours recreating The Rotunda and, in doing so, has provided a permanent record of history. He will be on hand to talk about his work to visitors. Tickets for Miniatura can be purchased on-line at www.necgroup.co.uk/boxoffice or from the NEC Box Office on 0121 767 4100.
Tickets purchased before Saturday, February 19 will be entered into a draw to win a folding Savonarola chair from Escutcheon worth £125.
The Shuttle/Times & News has teamed up with the show's organisers to run a competition where 15 readers can each win a pair of tickets to the show on Sunday, March 6.
To be in with a chance of winning, answer the following question:
Which model housed Vivien Greene's collection of dolls' houses?
The closing date is Friday, February 11.
