FORMER workmates at a Stourport company that closed more than 30 years ago are to hold another get-together following the success of their inaugural reunion.

The ex-employees of Conayes Automatics first met up again a year ago, to catch up on what had happened to each other since the firm's closure in 1972, after it started operating in 1960.

It had been one of the first companies in the Midlands to install and operate gaming machines and maintained jukeboxes and pinball machines.

This year's reunion will be held at the Hundred House, Great Witley on Tuesday, February 15, at 7.30pm.

Organiser, Beryl Merriman, said: "Last year's event was a huge success but we would like to hear from people we were not able to contact."
