TEN hardy B riders from Evesham Wheelers set off into the lanes for last Sunday's club run.
Members cycled through Ashton-under-Hill, Laverton, Wormington, Dumbleton, Grafton village and on to the coffee stop at Hailes Abbey.
The return route was more direct via Stanway, Stanton, Broadway, Willersey and back into Evesham after covering 45 miles.
A dozen A riders took a challenging route into the Cotswolds with some leg sapping climbs to contend with including Saintbury Hill, Broad Campden and Blockley with 50 miles being covered.
Three members made it later to the Boat Inn at Ashleworth, where they joined the usual group of local cyclists for some liquid refreshment before a slower ride home.
This Sunday's run is to Well-esbourne, meet outside Argos in the High Street at 9am catering for all abilities.
