YOUNG bookworms caught the reading bug early thanks to their first trip to the library.
Babies and toddlers up to the age of four collected certificates, designed by popular illustrators, and stickers during the Book Crawl at Warndon Library, in Cranham Drive.
Parents and staff also read books to the youngsters to develop their love of literature and the mementoes of the day helped to remind the children of their first library visit.
The event was part of Bookstart, a national scheme to help encourage reading among young children.
