ON Wednesday, February 2, it was reported more than 1,000 salmon were caught in the 2004 season on the Diglis Association Salmon Society's stretch of the Severn, below Diglis Weir.
In fact, no more than 130 fish were landed between February 1 and October 7, said DASS member Brian Knight.
