WORCESTER Wolves sent out a message to the rest of England Basketball League Division One as they crushed Worthing Thunder 114-77.
Saturday's win at University College Worcester took Wolves into a much-coveted fourth place and sees them overtake both Worthing and this weekend's opponents Manchester Magic.
Captain Josh Cooprider and Ty Shaw both chipped in with 25 points each, as well as 23 from Matt Collins, to hand Wolves their fourth straight win.
Director of basketball Mick Donovan said the score highlighted Wolves' intentions.
He said: "We have shown that we clearly have ability -- now we need to show belief in the remaining games."
