MUSICAL maestros performed in front of their classmates to raise more than £1,000 for the victims of the Asian tsunami disaster.
Pupils at Bowbrook House School in Peopleton were sponsored by friends and family to play an instrument or sing in front of their class.
"It was a great opportunity for them to perform and they all really enjoyed themselves," said the school's head of music, Jenny Powis.
"We were so pleased at how much we managed to raise and are very proud of all 72 pupils that took part in this event."
The school raised a total of £1,123 for the appeal fund.
