HOMEBUYERS and sellers will soon be able to vote on the UK's best estate agent.
Following on from its success last year, The Estate Agent of the Year Awards, sponsored by the Property Search Group, is being launched for the second year to see which agents provide the best customer service throughout the home-buying process.
The awards, which are endorsed by the National Association of Estate Agents and supported by the Daily Express, are now recognised as one of the industry's top awards.
The agents' customers are asked 13 questions about the standard of service they have received and this is then measured against the agents' peers nationally to see who scores the highest points.
There are 13 Regional categories, including one for the West Midlands. Gold and Silver will be presented in each region and all winners will then go forward to compete for the highly coveted Grand Prix Award, "Britain's Best Estate Agent of the Year".
Estate agents have until Friday, February 25 to enter the competition. Client questionnaires must be returned to the organisers of the event by April 8th 2005.
