A MAN was forced at knifepoint to withdraw £200 cash in Redditch town centre.
The 24-year-old victim was outside Barclays Bank in Alcester Street last Tuesday when five men approached him at about 7.10pm.
One of the men searched his wallet and took £10 cash before making him withdraw more money from the machine.
The offender took the money and ran off with the four other youths towards Church Green.
He was described as white, aged between 19 and 20, about 5ft 9in and quite thin.
He had neck-length brown hair which was pushed back and wore a khaki green top and a cap.
The four other men were described as aged between 16 and 18.
DC Kerri Foukes said: "When using cashpoint machines it's important to make sure you feel safe and check no-one stood nearby can see your pin number. Use a machine in a well-lit area."
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, including the four men with the offender, to call Redditch CID on 08457 444 888.
