DROITWICH Arch-ers' annual double Worcester - ten dozen arrows shot at a five zone face with a top score of 600 points - provided triple success for the Evesham club.
Former British champion Bob Powell came out of retirement to dominate the longbow competition. Shooting wooden arrows he amassed 462, 80 points clear of second place.
Linda Haines secured the ladies championship with a total of 570, 15 points ahead of second place, while the closest finish came in the gents limited compound - a competition that saw Ian Trout victorious with 554.
The club's Clout Shoot was a success for Under-12 junior member Adam Stead who beat all the adults with a score of 56. That was two points more than his dad and points clear of third-placed Trout.
