EVESHAM Wheelers' A and B riders grouped together for Sunday's club run when 20 headed for Wellesbourne Aviation's cafe.
The route out was via Wick-hamford then onto Willersey, Honeybourne, Pebworth, Quinton, Wimpstone, Alder-minster, Loxley and on to the coffee stop.
Well refreshed the journey home was through Stratford, Clifford Chambers, Welford-on-Avon, and Cleeve Prior and into Evesham after covering 52 miles.
The club's midweek training night is going from strength to strength and, last Wednesday, 16 cyclists, members and non-members, took part in circuits of Vale Park Industrial Estate.
In preparation for the forthcoming racing season or just to improve fitness generally the riders lap at steady pace with fast laps at random to improve sprinting ability.
The sessions start at 7pm at Vale Park and all are welcome.
The A ride next Sunday will be a Stratford reliability from Clifford Chambers.
Next Sunday's weekly run will be to Studley Garden Centre, meet outside Argos in the High Street at 9am for a run that will cater for all abilities.
