MUSICIANS and firefighters joined forces in Alcester for a fund-raising concert in aid of the tsunami relief fund.
Alcester fire station was transformed into a candle-lit nightclub where performers as diverse as Vic Butler, Rosie Bones, Helen Wingate Marsh, Mike Oldfield and Hugh Duck provided the entertainment.
The evening raised £2,140 for the fund and there are now plans to take the show to theatres in Redditch and Stratford as well as a possible performance in twin town Vallet in the summer.
