BEWDLEY'S beat manager, PC Nigel Barter, is holding a special police surgery in the town.
It will take place at the community centre in Shawhedge Road on Tuesday.
"The surgery gives people the opportunity to speak to a police officer away from a police station, which some people can find intimidating," said PC Barter.
"There is no need to make an appointment. People can just turn up and we can have a one-to-one chat about any issues that are concerning them.
"The surgery will be held between 4pm and 6pm and is a one-off as I normally hold a regular surgery in the library but this will give people the opportunity to speak to me at a different time. I am happy to hear from anyone, whether they be young or old and find out what issues are concerning them about Bewdley."
