B & Q have shown their "generous" community spirit to the people of Kidderminster with their comments on car parking and the new cinema.
The store's manager must have has his tongue firmly in his cheek when he spoke of his "abused" car park.
B & Q's multi-millionaire neighbours, Tesco, have also shown a similar attitude to their staff who wanted to use their car park.
Wyre Forest District Council should have negotiated public parking rights before allowing these giant retailers to move into town.
Anyone who is willing to invest their own money in a cinema for Kidderminster should be encouraged not frustrated in their efforts.
