ISN'T it time a decision was made on whether to retain cycle routes?
At present cyclists are in far more danger by using the routes than if they were not there. Kidderminster's Bewdley Hill (one of many) is an obstacle course where the cyclist has to weave in and out of parked vehicles.
This places them in the path of oncoming traffic which may not be expecting them to emerge.
Either enforce the routes and stop parking on them or give up and get rid of them before someone is killed.
