AN evening's family entertainment is planned for Friday, February 18 at Callow End Village Hall when a concert of multi-cultural music will be played by Boka Halat. The musicians are from English, African, Latin American and Caribbean origins and will play the second half as a barn dance for all to join in. Tickets are £5 for adults and £2 for children from Pound Stores or Caroline McHugh on (01905) 830701.
The event, which starts at 7.30pm, is being organised by the Callow End Village Hall committee and the Friends of Callow End School.
Now is the time to have a spring clean and sort out any jumble for Callow End School's jumble sale. This is being held at the school on Saturday, February 26 from 10am-11am. There will also be a cake stall.
