A PATIENT has raised concerns about lack of car parking when Avenue Road Surgery moves to a new health centre on the Enigma Business Park.
Stephen Druce, of Lansdowne Crescent, said around 60 car parking spaces would not be enough when patients, staff from the surgery and adjoining children's nursery all have to park.
He said he hoped there would not be similar parking problems to those at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
Leighton Chumbley, managing director of Prime, the developer behind the new health centre, said: "We provided more car parking spaces for this practice than we have for the majority of the other practices we have built across the country. They don't have parking problems and this is a better allocation."
Mr Chumbley said the surgery and South Worcestershire Primary Care Trust was putting together a travel plan which would incorporate alternative ways of getting there.
