A man who died after falling from a multi-storey car park has been named as Brian Stinson from Malvern.
Mr Stinson, 48, of Watkins Way, fell more than 40ft from the fifth floor of the St Martins Gate car park, in Worcester, on Saturday.
He was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital following the incident, but died two hours later.
A post mortem was carried out on Monday and an inquest was opened and adjourned on Tuesday to a date to be fixed. The cause of death was recorded as shock and haemorrhage due to multiple injuries.
Mr Stinson, who was a sales manager for BT, is the second person in a month to die after falling from a Worcester multi-storey car park.
His death follows that of Ian Campbell, a 37 year-old assistant headteacher, from Warndon Villages, who fell from Crowngate Shopping Centre car park on January 10.
