STUNNING bridal dresses, cakes, and bouquets were just some of the items on display when one of the biggest wedding fairs to hit Worcestershire took place at the weekend.
The event, a joint venture between the Evening News and Worcester's Fownes Hotel, saw hundreds of brides-to-be and their bridegrooms planning their special day.
They were able to meet more than 40 exhibitors including florists, photographers, stationers and balloon decorators at Sunday's show.
And for those lucky people not watching their waist-lines there were plenty of wedding cakes and tempting nibbles to be had too, including a chocolate fountain in which guests could dip fruit and other treats.
There was also a fashion show, with models showing off a range of dresses for the bride and her bridesmaids, as well as suits for the groom.
Evening News wedding fair co-ordinator Sara Matthews said the day had been a huge success.
"It was a fantastic day and it was lovely helping lots of excited couples plan their perfect wedding.
"There were a lot of exhibitors and brides-to-be had everything they could possibly want. We are already planning the next one."
