A CLASSIC choral concert will raise the roof of a Bromsgrove school on Saturday, March 12, at 7pm.
South Bromsgrove High School, on Charford Road, will be filled with the sound of Handel's Messiah in aid of the Leukaemia Research Fund and kind-hearted concertgoers are invited to test their vocal chords and sing along.
The orchestra and solo singers will be composed of mainly semi-professionals who are giving up their time to raise stacks of cash for the Leukaemia Research Fund.
Music teacher and fundraiser Carmen Johnson is organising the evening and she has successfully organised two similar events in the past for Leukaemia Research in Birmingham.
Enquiries concerning the music evening ring Carmen on 01789 762926.
Leukaemia Research Fund spokeswoman Nicole Harris said: "We would welcome as many people and choirs to join us in singing the Messiah.
"Get your tickets now to avoid queuing on the night!"
Tickets are £5 and are available from Baylis furnishers, on High Street, Bromsgrove, or Nicole Harris 01527 878493 or nicole
