POLICE have issued a picture of a Redditch man they are seeking as part of a new operation to crack down on bail dodgers.
Andrew Phillip Biggs, 37, is wanted on charges of assaulting a police officer and serious assault.
His details have been released as part of Operation Turn Up, which has seen police sending unusual Valentine's Day cards to the last known address of numerous people who have absconded.
Chief Insp Richard James, of West Mercia Constabulary's Criminal Justice Support Department, said: "Their attempts to evade justice cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience for victims and witnesses and delays in the court process.
"Bail dodging is a criminal offence and those found guilty can expect additional penalty from the court, including imprisonment.
"The Valentine's card and publicity about our efforts is the next phase in our efforts to bring bail dodgers back before the courts."
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Biggs can call the special hotline number 01905 331995 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
