FAIRFIELD Villa manager Neil Gallagher believes his side can knock Old Hill Town out of their stride when they clash on Saturday (2.45pm kick off).

Despite Villa's inconsistent form the manager is sure that his side can get something from Old Hill.

He said: "It'll be hard to get something from Old Hill but we definitely have a chance.

"For some reason our away record in better than our home record - so that gives me confidence."

The manager though expects to have a full strength squad for the game at Old Hill.

The manager will be hoping his side can still secure a mid-table place in the Midland Combination Division One.

He said: "We are good enough to finish higher than we are at the moment, but we need to find some consistency."

On Saturday Villa's home match against promotion chasing Polesworth North Warwick was called off because of strong winds and heavy rain.

Gallagher said: "There was no way we could play on the pitch as the ground was not up to it.

"Hopefully that does not happen very often as we cannot afford to have a backlog of matches."
