WE wish to respond to the letter from Mrs Sue Savage (Shuttle/Times & News, January 13 ).
Mrs Savage ran Neighbourhood Watch for many years and we would like to thank her for all her hard work.
However, we would like to make it clear that from January 2004 she resigned all the 11 positions she held within local, regional and national Neighbourhood Watch.
Neighbourhood Watch covers over 5,000 homes in the Wyre Forest area and is introducing new schemes monthly.
We are working closely with the police and other agencies in Wyre Forest.
If any readers would like to be part of a scheme, they should make contact via Kidderminster Police Station or phone Wyre Forest Neighbourhood Watch Association on 07906 225007.
