A SURVEY has been sent to all Upton residents as part of a process to create a plan for the town's future.
Completed questionnaires should be returned to the town council by March 31.
A committee of councillors will compile the answers and produce a series of action points.
There will then be a further period of public consultation before any final town plan is produced.
