PLANS for a mobile skate park in Upton have gone in to Malvern Hills District Council.
The ramps proposed for a site on the playing fields might not need planning permission as they are fully mobile.
Police sergeant Robert Werner de Sondberg is part of the project team.
He said council planners would decide if permission was needed and inform him.
The park is in memory of former Hanley Castle High School pupil and skateboarder Kyle Salmon, who died of leukaemia in May 2003.
