TWO Malvern women who plan to carry out charity work in South Africa are holding a fundraising evening next Friday, February 25.
Angela Lambert and Angela Richardson, who both work at the Splash, are going to Cape Town in April to work with deprived children for the charity Itoi.
They need to raise £1,400 each to make the trip and have arranged a unique evening of entertainment at the Abbey Hotel.
The highlight of the evening, which starts at 8pm, will be a slave auction with 15 handsome men available to bid for.
The night has an Hawaiian beach party theme and there will be plenty of fun and party games. Music will come from well-known local three-piece band Taxi.
Tickets are £6, or £5 if you come in fancy dress, from the hotel reception, or from the Lamb, West Malvern.
Any money raised in excess of the two Angelas' target will go to the tsunami relief fund.
