AN almost full-strength squad will be out for revenge at Common Road on Saturday when a fourth successive Southern League Division West win will further strengthen Evesham United's hopes of promotion.
Manager Dave Busst will welcome back Lee Knight, Neil O'Sullivan and Leon Blake for the visit of Paulton Rovers, who sentenced the Robins to their first away league defeat of the season in early December.
Rovers then looked likely promotion contenders but a dismal record since the turn of the year has seen them drift into mid-table obscurity although the United management team won't take them lightly.
Busst drafted former Worcester City man Dwaine McFarlane into last weekend's depleted squad but his selection options will be far more varied as his side look to extend an undefeated seven-match sequence in the league on home soil.
However, it's results on the road that could make or break United's campaign with Busst having to take his charges to five sides currently in the top eight in the final two months of the season.
Last weekend's results saw the top seven clubs move eight points clear of Corby Town in eighth. The top two earn automatic promotion, while the next four will extend their season in the play-offs.
Third-placed Evesham are level on points with Clevedon having played a match fewer with the pair five points adrift of leaders Mangotsfield. However, the Robins have an eight-point advantage over sixth in the table Brackley Town and that cushion may well be enough to at least guarantee a top six finish.
Saturday's match (3pm) is sponsored by Danish Bacon Company of Petersfield, and the match ball is sponsored by Evesham Home Improvements of Willersey.
United's youth team are away to Gloucester City on Wednesday (7.30pm).
