GENEROUS pupils at a Worcester school have donated gifts and games to the children's ward of their local hospital.
Pupils from Sunnyside School, in Barbourne, took the puzzles, board games and toys to Worcestershire Royal Hospital yesterday to cheer up injured and sick children.
An annual Christmas raffle, organised by the school's parents' association, raised money for the hospital and Worcestershire Royal requested games for their young patients.
"Our parents and the children have always been very generous in donating to charity and it was great to help out," said Pat Lewis, headteacher of the Barbourne Terrace school.
