PATIENTS, staff and visitors at Worcestershire Royal Hospital are being reassured that it has not been caught up in the food contamination alert involving cancer-causing dye.
National newspapers reported this morning that schools, hospitals, restaurants and hotels could be serving food containing the illegal dye Sudan 1.
But ISS Mediclean, the company that supplies the food to Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, this morning said there were no contaminated products in circulation.
