UNDER Bromsgrove's wheelie bin scheme why should we do half the refuse collector's job?

We have to struggle with the bins and boxes, taking them to the kerbside, but we pay for this 'service' with the Council Tax charges.

I believe in recycling but surely Droitwich's idea is far less costly, using coloured bags for different types of recyclable refuse.

They have no unsightly wheelie bins, which a lot of properties cannot accommodate. Bromsgrove District Council must have money to 'waste.'
