TEACHERS in Worcestershire are being urged to nominate inspirational pupils for two prestigious awards - the Diana Memorial Award and the Diana Anti-Bullying Award.
The Diana Award exists to celebrate the inspirational qualities - courage, compassion, commitment and selfless duty to others - of young people by recognising the contribution they make to their schools, families, friends or communities.
The Diana Anti-Bullying Award is open to all primary and secondary schools and will be awarded to young people who have made an outstanding contribution to tackling bullying in their schools or communities.
Schools and colleges in the UK can nominate a pupil or small group of pupils annually.
To make a nomination for the next deadline of Friday, March 11 visit www.diana-award.org.uk, telephone 0208 709 9935 or e-mail awards-info@continyou.org.uk
