GARDENING SOCIETY: Members met on February 17 at the Crawford Hall. The evening started with a bring-and-buy sale, followed by a talk on hellebores by Ursula Key-Davies from Fibrex Nurseries, Honeybourne Road, Pebworth.
She had brought with her a colourful display of hellebores ranging from white to black but mainly pinks.
Following her talk members were able to buy the plants she had brought with her.
The competition for three floating hellebore heads was won by Helen Easthope, second Lally Cox, third Tessa Webb and fourth Annette Haines.
Members ended the evening with coffee and tea served by Mr and Mrs Lewis.
