CHAIRMAN Bill Every, reported on the number of entries in the two video competitions.
For the first, the documentary for the Evergreen Cup, George Johns had entered 'Spring Is Here', Doug Barnes was about dry ski slopes 'Telford 050', Roy Rowles had been to 'Niagara and CN Tower' while John Pusey had recorded 'Alcester Diary.' The winner was Martin Humphries with 'Transient of Venus'.
Entries for the unclassified competition, St Clare Cup, were as follows. Roger Jordan had entered 'Wolverley Parish Map', Roy Rowles had been to 'Paris in Spring'. Mike McConville had been to see 'The Smoke that thunders waterfalls in Uganda and Argentina' and John Ruffell recorded his visit to 'The Isle of Wight'.
Paul Bye's entry was 'The Florida Panhandle' and 'The Lake District' by Bill Williams recorded ancient bobbin making. Bill Every visited the 'Norfolk Shire Horse Centre' and 'How to beat your Dad at Chess' was Mike Rendell's entry.
The winner was Made in China' John Bryan.
The club meets each Tuesday in the Baptist Church Hall, Franche Road, Kidderminster at 7.45pm.
