STAFF at Worcestershire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust are reflecting on the hard work that has been done over the last year to improve the patient environment.
The aim of Think Clean Day yesterday, was to raise the profile of cleaning in NHS hospitals and clinics.
A spokesperson said the trust was confident that all areas now meet and in some cases exceed national standards.
The modern matrons, team leaders and cleaners spent the day carrying out audits and brainstorming ideas.
The chairman and directors of the trust also visited hospital sites to support staff and listen to the views of patients.
The spokesperson said: "We are using Think Clean Day to reassure ourselves that the Trust is doing everything possible to protect patients while they are in hospital and to put it right if we are not".
