ONE of the country's leading opera highlight groups will be stopping off in Worcestershire.
The Hatstand Opera will perform Golden Moments from Opera when they visit Droitwich and Redditch this week.
The show is a modern, fun and easy introduction to opera in its many different forms.
Football chants, airline adverts, and much more feature in the show, which also includes a range of costume changes, comedy performances and informal presentation.
Hatstand Opera describe their shows as being like the weather; if you don't like what they are singing, wait five minutes and it will change.
Kingsley College Theatre in Redditch is the venue on Friday (March 4) with tickets costing £5 and £3 for concessions.
Tickets can be bought from the box office on 01527 830731.
The following day will see the group perform at the Norbury Theatre, Droitwich Spa.
For tickets call 01905 770154. They cost £7 and £6 concessions.
