WORCESTERSHIRE County Council's Arts Team has awarded a cash grant to a Hollywood organisation to help it get even more creative.
Woodrush Youthworcs' Youth Committee has been given £450 to support the production of a play written, performed and produced by its young members.
The play will look at choices they face around issues of graffiti, alcohol, violence, gangs and car theft. The performance will include visual art, dance and music.
The county council now wants other groups in the area to come forward and apply for a grant.
Application packs can be requested from assistant arts officer Anne Langford on 01905 766337 or by emailing enquiries@worcestershire.gov.uk
