Kings Norton 2nd 76
Dixonians 2nds 0
THE Kings men rested all but four of their first team squad as they were again without a weekend league fixture.
The Ash Lane side overwhelmed Dixonians 2nds - who normally play their rugby two leagues higher against similar opposition - running up 45 points before the break.
Norton even had to lend two players to the visitors including club coach Ian Jackson in the second half as their opponents struggled to continue.
The referee even decided to end the game 20 minutes early avoiding any further embarrassment.
Kings Norton go into the pool yet again next week as they prepare for their make or break league game away to Upton upon Severn.
