IF goods you buy are not as advertised, then you are entitled to a refund.
Over 30 years newcomers to our Spa settled here because they liked its character. They saw fine facilities and heard pledges of more.
Now the good things are gone and promises empty. Why? Because they voted for councillors on national party lines, not local issues. Now they have big mortgages and get nothing for their community tax, conned into buying a ghost town.
I suggest they ask ruling Wychavon district councillors for their money back. Or has it all been spent on Evesham and Pershore already?
