A GRAND award is up for grabs for top amateur pianists.
Ivory tinklers are invited to enter a national competion where they could win one of two £10,000 Yamaha grand pianos.
There are two categories - classical and modern - which will be judged by distinguished musicians including singer Jamie Cullum and classical pianist Kathryn Stott.
Application forms and full details can be downloaded from www.yamaha-music.co.uk. They have also been distributed in the latest edition of Pianist Magazine. Entrants must supply a recording of their performance.
