IT is said that to kill a vampire with a stake through the heart is to end its personal hell. If only there were a similar technique for actors - perhaps a blow to the temple with a copy of the Complete Works, then the poor unfortunates forced to perform this play could be put out of their misery.

This attempt to update the Dracula story fails on every level; it is not scary, sexy, funny or ironic and the use of modern technology such as email and texts clashes horribly with the risible dialogue ("come, no more of this!") which would not pass muster in a 1950s B-movie.
