A TEN-year-old girl was indecently assaulted in Headless Cross as she walked home from school.
Police investigating the assault on March 18 are also investigating an incident in which a man exposed himself to a teenager three days later.
And officers are urging parents and schools to remind children to be on their guard, especially when out alone.
DC Di Knight, of Redditch police, said: "We want people to be aware these incidents have happened and to encourage their children to take care.
"The schools have been notified and we are keen that parents talk to their children about stranger danger, particularly as the nights get lighter."
In the first incident, the girl was walking along Evesham Road at about 6.30pm following a school event. A man approached her and after indecently assaulting her, ran away.
He was white, aged 20-35, of medium build with short dark hair. He was clean shaven and wearing a dark jacket and jeans with white trainers.
In the second incident, a 14-year-old girl was walking along Evesham Road when she realised she was being followed. She walked down a pathway leading to Guinness Close when a man exposed himself to her before running off.
He was white, in his late teens or early 20s, 5ft 10ins tall and of average build. He had short brown hair and was wearing a grey jumper, grey tracksuit bottoms and trainers.
