IMPROVING Pershore Town were held 1-1 at home by third-placed Coventry Sphinx last night.
Pershore's results have improved to pull them away from the Midland Combination Premier Division relegation zone in recent weeks.
They are without a game this weekend but have now reached 15th position, 12 points ahead of third-from-bottom Massey Ferguson.
Wellington's West Midlands League Premier Division clash at Ettingshall Holy Trinity was postponed.
Tenbury United lost 2-0 at Darlaston Town in Division One but Bromyard Town Reserves defeated Mahal 2-0 in Division Two.
Pegasus Juniors entertain Pewsey Vale in the GLS Hellenic League Premier Division tonight (7.45pm).
Droitwich Spa Reserves are due to visit Wilmcote S & S Reserves in Midland Combination Division Three (6pm).
