EVESHAM Under-15s narrowly lost out in Sunday's final of the Worcestershire Cricket Board's Tornado Trophy.
They faced Dominies and Guild at the Worcester-shire Cricket Centre after the Avon Street side, captained by Gloucestershire Under-14 starlet Andrew Fisher, had earlier overcome Droitwich and Kidderminster.
Fisher and Tom Mooney were the leading run-makers with James Crenan taking the bowling honours. The whole squad performed admirably only to lose out to an older Dominies team.
Joining Fisher, Mooney and Crenan in the Evesham team line-up were Luke Fisher, Greg Jones and Dave Mullet.
