I WAS horrified to read that we have been over charged by two per cent by the Conservative controlled Bromsgrove District Council.

I think the people of Bromsgrove should be refunded this figure.

It amazes me, if we owe the council anything we get letters with court action but when they owe us anything it's a very different story.

Well let's just hope when the local council elections are due the people of Bromsgrove think back to the massive 26 per cent increase we had in the Council Tax and now this two per cent we are not going to get refunded.

I will be reminding the people of Bromsgrove again when the elections come. I also think someone should be made accountable for this two per cent.
